The first step to working together is filling out my contact form. This is where I will gather all your immediate information and get to know a little bit about you and your family! Please feel free to share any specific details, desired dates, or vision for our time together.
I will respond within 48 hours with more information and guidance on what it's like to work with me and how to get you booked for your dream session!
1. Submit an inquiry
Once we've confirmed a date for our time together, we will start planning out your session. From this moment forward, your vision, preferences, and comfort become my top priorities.
I will help guide you in every step of the way from a perfectly, curated wardrobe to selecting a beautiful location that will resonate with you and your family.
2. Planning your session
This is the day that all our planning comes to life. Our session will be relaxed and fun. You will not be left to guess where to place those suddenly awkward hands or trying to coax that genuine smile from your kiddo, leave that all up to me.
I will give various photo prompts and provide gentle guidance throughout our time together. I will be there to capture all the smallest details, timeless portraits, and heartfelt interactions that all express your bond to one another.
3. Session day
You will receive your beautifully, hand edited images in a few weeks after your session. I will create a gallery that will truly let you relieve all those precious moments captured over and over again.
Should you wish to bring these memories to life, I extend the option of professional print services through a trusted photo lab. This allows you to turn those photos into tangible displays of your family's love and connection.

Timing on your newborn session is really up to you. You can have it done as early as 7 days post birth and up to a few months old.
When is the best time to schedule a newborn session?
Yes! I am able to travel outside my normal range of service to accommodate for certain sessions! There is a travel fee added to the normal rate.
Do you travel outside of the charleston area for sessions?
We will discuss wardrobe together during our pre session planning. I will help guide you to the perfect outfit that reflects your own style and that will also photograph beautifully.
What should i wear to my session?
I recommend reaching out when you are in your second trimester to book your newborn session. I will add your due date on the calendar and once baby arrives, we will schedule you!
How far in advance should i book my session?
Newborn sessions don't have a time limit but typically last anywhere from 1.5 hours-2.5 hours. This ensures a calm and relaxed environment where we can take as many breaks as needed for soothing, feeding, outfit changes, etc.
How long will my newborn session last?
Don't worry! I understand that newborns can be unpredictable so I'll prepare you on ways to best mitigate this. During our time, we will take breaks as needed and work patiently to ensure a successful session.
What if my baby is fussy or uncooperative during the session?
